India “Alanis” Browne is an American and British Rocket League player and Commonwealth gold medallist. Born in Atlanta and raised in Anguilla, she discovered an early passion for the digital world that grew into a competitive career.
After moving to the United Kingdom in 2014, Alanis discovered Rocket League and esports. Her curiosity about gaming became a hands-on learning journey that developed valuable transferable skills, from teamwork and problem-solving to persistence and technical understanding.
She persuaded her parents to buy one computer component each month until she had everything she needed. That patience turned a bedroom setup into the foundation of a professional career.
Alanis signed her first professional contract at 15, with Circuitry Gaming in the United States. In 2022, she qualified for Team England at the inaugural Commonwealth Esports Championships, earned a place on the main roster and, at just 16, won gold, becoming the youngest player for Team England at the event.
She later joined Endpoint and, in 2024, signed with BS+COMPETITION in Germany. She continues to compete professionally in Rocket League. Beyond competition, Alanis advocates for diversity and inclusion in esports and promotes “gaming for good”, using her platform to inspire positive change and show how gaming builds real-world skills.
